GuesstⓇ Launches as the World's First Digital Matchmaking Service for Brick and Mortar Retailers, Brands and Online Entrepreneurs

Share:

GuesstⓇ,
a digital platform for retail space-sharing, launched in New York City
today as a technology that will reimagine retail and benefit both
independent retailers and brands. The RaaS (retail as a service) is the
first and only software platform that simplifies the process for brands
and retailers, making it easy for any brand to enter brick and mortar
retail, and for any existing retailer to reduce overhead and generate
new revenue.

"Guesst serves as a bridge for established retailers and aspiring
entrepreneurs around the world, providing a symbiotic environment and
simple solution to the economic challenges that commercial real estate
can sometimes present for retailers," said Guesst Co-Founder and CEO Jay
Norris. "Our goal was to create a service that benefits the retail
industry as a whole and supports a fully sustainable retail environment
that helps independent retailers maximize their commercial space while
also giving visibility to the millions of unique brands in place today."

Retail-as-a-Service featuring "Pop-Shares"

At the core of Guesst'sⓇ platform is a fresh concept called the
"Pop-Share." The Pop-Share gives brands a more affordable and efficient
way to get their products into fully staffed and merchandised retail
locations without having to invest in the expensive pop-up retail model.
With this service, brands pay a licensing fee to display products on
available shelves, tables, racks and end-caps at locations available in
the platform.

Pop-Sharing, as it's known, makes it easy for brands to make the jump
from eCommerce to the prestige of physical retail, send products to
retailers on consignment, leverage retailers' expertise, staff, space
and customers and test new markets, and scale your reach.

GuesstⓇ also offers "Group-Shares," giving retailers that are interested
in creating a bigger customer experience an opportunity to work with
brands interested in showcasing a product as part of a curated
collection at specific retail locations. Group-shares can be themed and
assembled to showcase products and services that compliment a retail
location.

For launch, GuesstⓇ has partnered with New York retailer Steven
Alan
to curate a selection of brands in a permanent but
constantly-changing space located on the Upper West Side and opening in
October with plans to launch several more retail partnerships in Q418.
