OncLive® Presents the Latest State of the Science Summit™ on Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer


The summit will feature experts from the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel
Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Hanover, Maryland, on Thursday, August 23
from 5-9 p.m. The co-chairs, from the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel
Comprehensive Cancer Center, are: Julie R. Brahmer, M.D., MSc.,
co-director, upper aerodigestive department; director, thoracic oncology
program; and associate professor of oncology, and Benjamin P. Levy,
, clinical director of medical oncology and assistant
professor of oncology.

This summit will focus on the latest developments in the treatment and
management of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Topics that will be
covered include immunotherapy in early stage and locally advanced
disease, the role of targeted agents in small-cell lung cancer, and
immunotherapy and managing immunotherapy toxicity. The event will also
feature a robust peer exchange discussion, which will be followed by a
question-and-answer session.
