GrowLife, Inc. to Sponsor and Speak at CannaGather Event in New York as State Considers Legalizing Cannabis for Adult Use

(OTCQB:PHOT), one of the nation's most recognized indoor
cultivation product and service providers, today announced that it will
sponsor CannaGather's Growing
With Danny Danko
event on Aug. 14 at Galvanize in New York. As a
sponsor, President of GrowLife's Commercial Division Joe Barnes will
also have a speaking opportunity to discuss GrowLife's mission and
product offerings with attendees. Event host Danny Danko is the senior
cultivation editor for High Times.

The timing for a cannabis event in New York is ideal as state officials
recently appointed a working group to draft legislation to legalize and
regulate the adult use of cannabis. The move follows the release of a
N.Y. Department of Health study that concludes the pros of legalization
outweigh potential cons. Meanwhile, the state's existing medical
cannabis program is also rapidly expanding. Over the past 12 months,
nearly 37,000 patients were added to the state's medical cannabis
program, a 128% increase, according to Marijuana
Business Daily

"We look forward to sponsoring and participating in CannaGather's
Growing With Danny Danko event and connecting with other industry
leaders to increase awareness of our company," said GrowLife CEO Marco
Hegyi. "With New York positioned as a soon-to-be legalized adult use
cannabis market, we see this as a unique opportunity to align with
cannabis cultivators across the state. Participation at events like
these allow us to further establish ourselves as the leading indoor
cultivation supply company for the cannabis industry on a local and
national level."
