Advanced Drainage Systems Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend


Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (NYSE:WMS) ("ADS" or the "Company"), a
leading global manufacturer of water management products and solutions
for commercial, residential, infrastructure and agricultural
applications, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a
quarterly cash dividend to its shareholders in the amount of $0.08 per

The quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share will be paid on September
14, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August
31, 2018.
