cloud configurations enabling mid to large enterprises to adopt cloud
call center services without the performance, feature gaps and security
risks of other cloud offerings. 128 Technology's 128T Networking
Platform enables Voxai to deliver cost-effective, secure and feature
rich network integrations to Voxai's cloud platform.

128 Technology's session-aware routing approach has helped Voxai address

  • Real-time fail-over of call center services. Call center media
    sessions stay up and available during unexpected infrastructure and
    network outages.
  • Enhanced compliance with regulations such as Payment Card Industry
    Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

    vInteract service communications are encrypted without the overhead of
    network tunnels and a deny-by-default security design, enabling secure
