ASV Holdings, Inc. Celebrates 35th Anniversary With Community Open House


Approximately 1,000 Attended Facility Tour and Reception on August 3,

ASV Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASV), a leading provider of
rubber-tracked compact track loaders and wheeled skid steer loaders in
the compact construction equipment market, today announced a successful
Community Open House celebration commemorating its 35th
anniversary. The Company also participated in the Tall Timber Days
Festival in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, where it received "most unique
business representation" recognition among the many businesses and
enterprises that participated.

Justin Rupar, VP of Sales and Marketing at ASV Holdings, Inc.,

Open House event, which at over 1,000 people, was double our initial
