Largest Vacation Rental Management Company in the U.S. Uses
Proprietary Methodology to Rank Top Markets for Investment Properties

Vacasa,
the largest vacation rental property management company in the U.S.,
today launched a new resource for buyers seeking to purchase a vacation
rental property. The Insider's
Guide to the Top 25 Markets for Buying a Vacation Rental
was
released on the heels of the company launching Vacasa
Real Estate
, a network that connects buyers and sellers of vacation
homes with leading licensed real estate agents across the country.

Combining national performance data with local expertise, the Insider's
Guide is designed to be a useful and detailed tool for buying investment
properties in true vacation rental markets. To obtain the list of the
top markets, Vacasa analyzed home sales data in vacation markets
throughout the country, and overlaid it with actual performance data for
more than a half million U.S. vacation rental properties. The company
then compared each region's net operating income with the cost of buying
a home to provide insight on the market's cap rate that was used to rank
each market.

This data, paired with local insights and information from Vacasa's
local teams on the ground, helps home buyers make an informed decision
through both data-driven insights and real-time market sentiment.

"Making an investment in a vacation rental is no small task when you
consider the amount of available properties around the country and the
variables that come with each," Eric Breon, founder and CEO of Vacasa.
"Not only is it important to consider the earning potential of the home
to ensure the return on investment is on par with expectations, but also
the factors that could draw guests to the area."

Vacasa's top 10 markets for buying a vacation rental were largely
concentrated in the southeast part of the country, with the Forgotten
Coast in Florida topping the list:

1. Forgotten
Coast, FL

2. Smoky
Mountains, TN

3. Kissimmee,
FL

4. Myrtle
Beach, SC

5. Hilton
Head Island, SC

6. Emerald

7. Ocean

8. Okemo/Ludlow,
