EFT Analytics Reducing Downtime and Increasing Production Efficiencies at Koch Fertilizer Plant

EFT Analytics, a software and energy management solutions provider, is
deploying a real-time monitor that is producing exceptional outcomes at
a Koch Fertilizer plant in Enid, Oklahoma. Over the course of 10 weeks,
EFT collaborated with plant engineers from Koch to understand previous
undesirable plant behaviors, so they could identify precursors to
potential unplanned events and increase plant efficiencies.

"EFT's analytics platform and services, paired with our extensive
knowledge in the fertilizer industry, are delivering real-time results

V.I.T.A.L. Signs is a production plant health monitoring dashboard that
detects signs of plant upsets and makes them Visible, Informative,
Targeted, Analyzed, and Leading. EFT Analytics' process engineers have
equipped shift managers from Koch with the ability to identify
precursors of an unplanned event. This real-time monitor is being used
to broadcast the plant's health status and allow operators, engineers,
and shift managers to take action in order to reduce the likelihood of
future outages.
