career, he has helped his clients lower medical costs through a
multi-tiered approach that promotes wellness and increases efficiencies
in the delivery of healthcare services.

Prior to joining Alliant, Segars was Senior Vice President with a
national insurance and employee benefits consulting firm where he
serviced a diverse base of clients with regional and national operations.
