PatientSafe Solutions Launches its integrated Clinical Communications App in the Epic App Orchard

PatientSafe Solutions, a leader in mobile clinical communication and

integration with Epic. The PatientTouch app is now available in the Epic
App Orchard, a platform where developers can access Epic's application
programming interfaces (APIs) and post their app for Epic community
members to evaluate and consider. As an App Orchard contributor,
PatientSafe Solutions will use Epic's APIs to ensure tight integration
and smooth interoperability for its customers.

developers will be able to ensure interoperability between the Epic EHR
and our smartphone app to deliver real-time clinical information from
the Epic platform to the care team's secure mobile devices," said Si

The PatientTouch app aggregates and synthesizes patient and care team
data from the core EMR and ancillary systems to coordinate care team
collaboration and ensure timely intervention for sepsis response,
anti-microbial stewardship management, falls prevention, and more.
