The brainchild of avid comic collector and CEO Jason Mayden, Phase Five is the adventures of the modern day hero - five kids who all possess the promise and the might to shape the present and the future. In an age where superheroes have become boringly super, it's the quirky creativity and ingenuity of kids that make the world a more exciting place.

Today's young heroes see the world differently and given the opportunity to change it do so for the better. With diverse backgrounds and different points of view, Phase Five provides the perfect recipe for becoming a better person and improving the lives of those around us. Francisco Herrerra, character design legend who has worked for Warner Bros., Pixar, Marvel, and Disney — most notably on the Dreamwork's Animation Film MegaMind — was honored to design this inaugural issue and help with the mission of evangelizing the idea that superpowers exist in all of us.

The debut of Phase Five includes a theme song featuring Jamla/Roc Nation artist Rapsody, entitled "Super Heroic."  Phase Five will be available in both hardcover and ebook exclusively online at, beginning September 2018.
