With more than 15 years of experience, Graham has worked in sectors including aerospace and defense, automotive, diversified manufacturing and energy.

Graham joins Spencer Stuart from RSR Partners, where he was a lead partner heading the firm's industrial technology and innovation practices. He also helped direct the firm's CEO and private equity practices. Graham began his career as an analyst with Pepsi Bottling Group, then he worked in the industrial practice of another global search firm, focusing on the diversified manufacturing and energy sectors.

Graham holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Plymouth State University.
