TUCSON, Ariz., July 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- PathogenDx Corporation, the innovative provider of DNA-based pathogen testing technology for the cannabis, botanical, food and agriculture industries, announced today that company executives Milan Patel, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer; Jeff Ryskamp, Chief Financial Officer; Mary Myers, National Sales Director and Magdalena Kedzior, Scientist/Technical Trainer will be available at Booth #1519 at NCIA's 5th Annual Cannabis Business & Expo in San Jose this week to educate growers and industry businesses on the company's environmental screening products and DNA-based cannabis testing technology.


Coming on the heels of PathogenDx's successful $3.4 million capital raise announced last week, Patel said in making the announcement, "Given the light speed in which West Coast cannabis companies must come into compliance with new and more rigorous regulations in California and other states, we view the NCIA Cannabis Business Summit & Expo as an important venue to meet customers face-to-face, and share best practices on how to help labs rapidly refill dispensary supplies with high quality, safe and tested product, by insuring all  cannabis products on shelves meet or exceeds regulatory demands. Joining Patel in San Jose will be Jeff Ryskamp, CFO, a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing, technology, aerospace, and transportation industries, and Mary Myers, National Sales Director, who brings over two decades in sales and marketing in biotech and diagnostics arenas.  She joins PathogenDx from Romer Labs, where she sold microbial and mycotoxin products to cannabis labs. Booth staff will include Magdalena Kedzior, a Scientist/Technical Trainer for PathogenDx whose focus is training new clientele on the PathogenDx system. Her training and academic experience have included assay development and small molecule drug discovery.
