SACRAMENTO, Calif., July 24, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Canna-Hub, a California-based real estate development and property management company for the cannabis industry, today announced plans to hold a groundbreaking ceremony in Mendota, California for the opening of its business park location designed, zoned and licensed for cannabis companies. The ceremony will take place on Thursday, July 26th at 4 p.m. PST at 1269 Marie Street.

Once complete, the new facility will be approximately 100,000 square feet on 16 acres of property that will house nine industrial condos and hold nine operating companies. The company has multiple companies pre-leased including renowned cannabis pioneer Cresco Labs, a leading innovator developing professional-grade cannabis products across the country.

Expected speakers at the ground breaking include Canna-Hub CEO and Founder Tim McGraw and a Mendota city council member. The company's Director of Operations, Fernando Russo, will also make a few closing remarks in Spanish. Notable guests include additional city council members, local law enforcement and representatives from Cresco Labs.
