Guiding questions include: What role do Latin American leaders play in designing socio-economic development programs that foster inclusion? What types of leadership do Latin American societies need to move forward? And, what are the leadership success stories and trends currently taking shape across Latin America?

Conference headliners Stefan Reich and Annette Richardson will be joined by Alberto de Belaunde and Sara Maria Cifuentes Ramseyer, young leaders having an impact in Perú. Together, they will discuss the challenges of leadership and the systemic and personal stakes involved in trying to mobilize a system towards greater progress and prosperity. Later the same day, Reich will lead a special workshop, "How to Survive in Leading Change?" which will provide tips and tools for leaders.
