CHICAGO, July 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Label Insight, the market leader for transparency, today announced the appointment of Ronak Sheth as chief executive officer. Sheth was previously chief strategy officer and is one of the company's founders. In his new role, Sheth will refine the go-to market strategy for Label Insight focusing on delivering products designed to accelerate the CPG industry's ability to transform their relationships with today's discerning shoppers.

A seasoned professional, Sheth brings 16-years of startup experience in software applications, consulting, technology, manufacturing, and sales to the role. He has leveraged his consulting and technology skills to drive strategic initiatives for global companies across various industries including consumer products, grocery retail, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, high-tech electronics, chemicals, oil, industrial, and legal. His work has focused on generating revenue through product management, enterprise sales, design, delivery, and project management of global implementation and professional service methodologies, and driving customer satisfaction.

Sheth earned a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
