Mercantile Bank Corporation Increases Cash Dividend

Board declares $0.24 regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock resulting in a current annual yield of 2.6%

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., July 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercantile Bank Corporation MBWM ("Mercantile") announced today that on July 12, 2018, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per common share, payable on September 19, 2018 to holders of record as of September 7, 2018.  The $0.24 cash dividend represents an increase of approximately 9 percent from the $0.22 cash dividend paid during both the first and second quarters of 2018.
