Author Gregory Steiner believes that Christianity must address the needs of believers today. Steiner's new book, "The Evolution of Belief: A Christian Perspective for the Future" (published by Archway Press), explores how the religion should adjust to recent scientific developments. The book is available for purchase at:

Steiner addresses how it is important to rethink traditional doctrines and dogmas that have been statically entrenched in Christian tradition for centuries in light of the research and discoveries of modern science. He states that there is hope for the future if Christians allow their beliefs to evolve, as all societies and institutions have had to adapt and accommodate to the need for change in the past.

"This book is relevant today because the Christian believer is constantly placed in a conflicting position between what he /she knows to be verifiable facts of science, and what static Christian churches dictate from an unverifiable source," Steiner says. "I would like the readers to take hope and confidence in what I am sharing with them, and use valuable Judaic and Christian traditions for enhancing their faith in today's world of science."
