NASHVILLE, Tenn. (PRWEB) July 23, 2018

MindRocket Media Group, the comprehensive multi-channel public relations and editorial firm, has announced the hiring of Nate Gandomi as Senior Director of Client Services and Market Development. Gandomi was previously a Senior Project Manager at Resources for Learning, where he led multiple, concurrent education technology, professional development, and curriculum development projects. With MindRocket, Gandomi will play a critical role in client relationship management to build overall business strategies, while also examining market trends and implementing timely best practices.

"Nate has experience and expertise in several relevant areas of the education industry, making him an ideal addition to our growing team. Beyond the opportunity to add someone with Nate's abilities to our staff, the timing is also perfect, as MindRocket is moving to the next stage in our company's growth trajectory and adding another top talent will increase our capacity to drive industry impact," said Dr. Rod Berger, President and CEO of MindRocket Media Group. "I look forward to Nate beginning his hands-on work with our clients and introducing them to his thoughtful approach to strategy development and proven record of executing to deliver results."

Gandomi brings more than 10 years of education and communications consulting experience, including extensive experience launching and implementing programs and products for education and technology companies, specializing in early-stage strategy development. In his most recent role, at Resources for Learning, he directed efforts to develop sets of micro-credentials that provide competency-based professional learning for counselors in college and career readiness and for elementary teachers in literacy, oversaw state standard alignments for curriculum materials, and worked with mentors and district coordinators to strengthen mentorship and professional learning support to early-career teachers.

With MindRocket, Gandomi, whose areas of specialty within education include technology integration, literacy, social-emotional learning, and project-based learning, will play an instrumental role in increasing client touchpoints and enhancing the delivery of high-quality services and strategy. His relevant experience in numerous critical areas of the education industry, as well as additional project management and business strategy development and implementation successes, will add new capabilities to the overall MindRocket team and expand the company's market advisement and development efforts.

"I'm beyond excited to add someone of Nate's caliber to our client services team," said Rebecca Stulberger, MindRocket's Managing Director of Client Services and Strategy. "He will give us the opportunity to deepen our engagement with individual clients, add new perspectives and ideas into our daily work, and improve our team's capacity for driving growth and results in a meaningful way."

Gandomi began his career as a Teach for America corps member, teaching high school English in Oakland, California. He also spent time as the program director for the School of Information at the University of California at Berkeley (UC-Berkeley), and as a public relations and marketing consultant at Jones-Dilworth, Inc., in Austin, Texas. He co-founded the Center for Next Generation Teaching and Learning at UC-Berkeley, where he researched and developed support methods and approaches to promote student-centered and objective-based design approaches to technology integration, and currently serves as a member of the Texas Education Agency Industry Council for Business, Marketing, and Finance. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Arizona and Masters of Information Management and Systems from UC-Berkeley.
