CAMP HILL, Penn. (PRWEB) July 20, 2018

Smith Land & Improvement Corporation announces the addition of Just Plain Yoga to the West Shore Plaza, located at 1200 Market Street, Lemoyne, Pa. The health and wellness yoga enterprise, recognized as the longest-running yoga studio in central Pennsylvania, will move into a retrofitted 3,600 SF space next to Goodwill Keystone the first week of August.

Tina Stroh, founder and owner of Just Plain Yoga, opened the studio in 2003 in Lemoyne and reopened in 2007 at 1845 Market Street, Camp Hill. Stroh and her team are recognized for their wide variety of yoga styles, educational workshops and other fitness classes, including vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yoga for beginners, yin yoga, kripalu yoga, yoga nidra, 200-RYS teacher training, Pilates-based classes, kundalini yoga, private yoga classes and tai chi.

"My staff and I are excited to begin the next chapter for Just Plain Yoga and to join a robust, largely local small business destination at the West Shore Plaza. With additional square footage, unlimited parking, and brand-new facilities for our clients, our move to the Plaza will help expand our community and meet the growing needs of yogis in the capital region," says Stroh. "Yoga, to me, is about bringing people together and making a connection to something bigger than ourselves. Our philosophy is ‘Come as you are,' and we offer classes for people at all levels who are looking to become healthier, stronger, and de-stress."

"As champions of both #ShopSmallPA and community health, we are proud to welcome Tina and Just Plain Yoga to our ever-growing small business roster at the West Shore Plaza," says Richard E. Jordan III, President & CEO of Smith Land & Improvement Corporation and Owner of the West Shore Plaza. "Smith Land is committed to improving the health and well-being of our local neighborhoods both in retail opportunities and Plaza-wide events like #HealthyNeighborsFest."

"The West Shore Plaza has a spirit of community that is desirable, connected, and mobile. The level of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter engagement Smith Land has grown for the Plaza has become a powerful tenant advantage and community asset. We cannot wait to be part of their story," says Stroh.

In addition to the existing class schedule and yoga styles, our team plans to offer massages, lunch-time yoga classes, wellness services, educational seminars, and professional trainings.
