Leading Indoor Cultivation Supplier to Host Community Event July 31
as Company Continues Expansion Across North America

GrowLife,
Inc.
(OTCQB:PHOT), one of the nation's most recognized indoor
cultivation product and service providers, today announced plans to hold
a ribbon cutting ceremony in Portland, Maine for its newest retail
location named GrowLife
Hydroponics
. This storefront carries GrowLife's line of
industry-leading hydroponics and soil, along with thousands of other
brands and products that cater to cultivators of all sizes. GrowLife
Hydroponics also serves as the company's largest fulfillment center for
orders placed on its e-commerce platform.

The ribbon cutting will take place Tuesday, July 31st at 11
a.m. EST at 1110 Brighton Ave. Expected speakers at the event include
GrowLife Hydroponics President Joe Barnes. Members from the Portland
Regional Chamber of Commerce are also expected to be in attendance.

Maine, which became the eighth state to legalize cannabis for adult use
in 2016, is expected to roll out its adult use program in 2019.
Meanwhile, Maine lawmakers overturned earlier this month Gov. Paul
LePage's veto to pass a sweeping medical cannabis reform bill that will
expand the state's existing medical cannabis program. The Maine House
and Senate voted to override the governor's veto and adopt legislation
that will permit caregivers to expand their business operations, among
other changes. GrowLife's all-in-one home cultivation system
called GrowLife Cube Pro is designed to make plant cultivation
attainable for consumers of all backgrounds and skillsets and is an
ideal home grow package for caregivers in the state.

The company selected its current location for the relaunch of its store
because of its proximity to big box retailers to improve accessibility
to consumers.

"The timing could not be better for the opening of a retail storefront
for GrowLife Hydroponics in Portland, Maine," said GrowLife CEO Marco
Hegyi. "Expanding our physical presence in the Northeast is a strategic
move as legislation in the region continues to evolve. As our consumer
division continues to experience increased momentum throughout North
America, the addition of this store to our distribution network and
robust e-commerce platform will allow us to better service both our
‘home grow' and commercial clients."

This retail store will also sell GrowLife's full line of products
designed and manufactured by the company's product development division,
GrowLife Innovations ("Innovations"). Innovations was created to provide
solutions for production inefficiencies through the development of
proprietary "industry-changing" products.
