CTBC Bank USA's CEO Noor Menai to Join Los Angeles Mayor's Trade Delegation to Asia


CTBC's Menai to moderate press and business roundtable with Mayor and
other business leaders in Hong Kong; join meetings in Hong Kong and
Vietnam to promote investment in Los Angeles

, this week will join Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and a
delegation of other business leaders and city officials on a trade
mission to Hanoi, Ho Chi Min City and Hong Kong, aimed at strengthening
relationships and boosting investments in Los Angeles. The Mayor is also
scheduled for separate meetings in Seoul and Tokyo.

world — and we have a special bond with our neighbors on the Pacific
Rim," said Mayor Garcetti. "Tourism and trade with Asia are integral to
our local economy, international investment creates jobs for Angelenos,
cultural exchange brings our people closer together, and cooperation on
the biggest challenges will determine the future of the planet. I am
thrilled about the progress we will make on this trade mission and look
forward to seeing our friends in Tokyo, Seoul, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City,
and Hong Kong."

In Hong Kong, Menai will moderate a panel event focusing on trade and
investment with Mayor Garcetti and business leaders and international
