Citizens places 18th overall among largest,
most valuable U.S. companies

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE:CFG) has been ranked first among
U.S. financial services companies and 18th overall for the
strength of its corporate governance by global board advisory firm James
Drury Partners.

In its sixth annual report, "The Weight of America's Boards – Ranking
America's Largest Corporations by the Governance Capacity of Their
Boards," the firm evaluated 651 U.S.-based corporate boards comprising
6,255 directors based on combined business acumen.
