Columbus McKinnon Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.05 per Share

services for material handling, today announced that its Board of
Directors has approved payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05
per common share.

The dividend will be payable on or about August 20, 2018 to shareholders
of record at the close of business on August 10, 2018. Columbus McKinnon
has approximately 23.2 million shares of common stock outstanding.
