ALC leadership discuss industry reforms and growth markets at premier
Los Angeles conference

Key executives of American Lending Center (ALC), one of the nation's
leading EB-5 regional centers, featured as expert speakers at 2018's
preeminent EB-5 Convention in Los Angeles, CA. The company served as a
financing workshop and bag sponsor, highlighting ALC's consistent
contributions to the industry.

An established innovator and business leader, ALC received a
record-breaking nine EB-5 project approvals in nine different cities for
30 newly approved investors in March of 2018 alone. The company is
currently the largest non-bank SBA 504 lending institution, having
successfully provided over 350 million dollars to American ventures and
funded over 60 SBA 504 projects with parent company RCH.

John Shen, ALC CEO, on Monday led a discussion on Marketing to the
World Outside of China
. "Our pioneering approach in leveraging the
senior loan structure to protect EB-5 capital is vital to our success as
an EB-5 lender," stated Shen. "As we look to new investor communities,
it is paramount the industry build upon key best practices, including
the established stability of the ALC model."

Bruce Thompson, ALC President and former Region IX Administrator for the
U.S. Small Business Administration, presented a second-day session
titled EB-5 Reform (and How the Regional Center Business Has Changed).
"With new regulations and possible visa retrogression concerns, it's
important for the entire industry to unite around the highest standards
and most dependable investment strategies. We need to demonstrate and
voice EB-5's ability to provide sustainable economic benefits to local
communities and support investor interests to government representatives
and to all stakeholders," stated Thompson.
