Lithia Selects New Chief Human Resources Officer


Lithia Motors, Inc. (NYSE:LAD) is pleased to announce Erik Lewis as
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. "We welcome
Erik as our first executive dedicated to supercharging our mission of
Growth Powered by People," said Bryan DeBoer, President and CEO.

retain top talent will be a continued catalyst for innovation and
success," added Mr. DeBoer.

Mr. Lewis assumes oversight of Human Resources from Chris Holzshu,
Lithia's Executive Vice President. "Chris's exceptional leadership in
strengthening our culture and shaping our first CHRO role has prepared
him to further expand his influence operationally, leveraging his
passion for people and managing performance. With growth and innovation
objectives and nearly $250 million in earnings potential in our existing
store base, we are proud to have Chris focused on delivering operational
results," stated Mr. DeBoer.

Erik most recently served as the CHRO of Apple Leisure Group and has
held related roles at Walmart stores and Sysco Corporation. Previously,
he consulted for numerous organizations while working at PwC and
Andersen LLP.
