Expansion Accommodates Business Traveler Service Needs for
Fast-Growing Customer Base

TripActions, the corporate travel management company, today announced
the opening of two international offices in Europe as part of its global
expansion strategy. The company's EMEA operations will be headquartered
in Amsterdam with an additional office in London to support key
customers and travelers. TripActions is the first end-to-end travel
startup to establish a global footprint as it takes on the legacy travel
management companies.

TripActions will deploy the same hub-and-spoke model when it opens
offices in the Asia-Pacific region later this year.

"A lot of people tried to disrupt the major travel management companies,
and they always failed," said Ariel Cohen, CEO of TripActions. "We had
this vision to be a startup that is always going for it and creating an
end-to-end business travel solution that includes the globe. The launch
in Europe is just the first step in our international footprint."

TripActions is seeing 23 percent month-over-month growth as it
approaches over 1,000 customers. To focus on delivering exceptional
service and industry-leading support to its growing customer base,
TripActions plans to increase its current 250 employee base to over 800
in the next 18 months. The company in March announced a $51 million
Series B financing round that will be used to expand its customer
service infrastructure globally.

The rapid growth comes as TripActions sees wide adoption of its
end-to-end platform, offering road warriors a large selection of flights
and hotels and personalized results which cut booking time from hours to
just minutes. Travelers using TripActions are proactively notified of
flight delays and cancellations, often times before they know there's a
problem, with travel agents providing alternative booking options via
chat or phone.

"TripActions was founded to help end the stress that road warriors
experience on the road," Cohen said. "In order to support the
infrastructure needed to do it, we need to put physical footprints in
regions where planning travel may be challenging. We're committed to
being there for our customers and travelers in every way we can.
Expanding our services globally is a very natural decision for us."
