Prudent Growth Partners Completes $13,350,000 Apartment Buy in Jacksonville, NC

Prudent Growth Partners has acquired the 286-unit Liberty Crossing apartment community in Jacksonville, NC in a $13,350,000 deal. It purchased the community as part of a 1031 TIC transaction involving multiple buying entities.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., Jun. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a Chapel Hill, NC based Private Equity Real Estate Firm, has purchased the Liberty Crossing Apartments in Jacksonville, NC.

The $13,350,000, 286-unit transaction was completed as part of a 1031 exchange involving three buying entities - all sponsored by PGP - using a Tenancy-in-Common arrangement.

Prudent Growth Partners, based in Chapel Hill, NC, is focused on acquiring garden style apartment communities, typically with 100 to 300 units, as well as neighborhood retail centers and office buildings.
