Dr. Brescia has twice served in the Pentagon, was Chief Administrative Officer of Army Materiel Command, served under two US presidents and has held top leadership roles in the private sector with Volkswagen and Michelin. He also has an impressive list of domestic and international achievements with various other governmental and private organizations.

Stem Founder, Joshua Crawford, is enthusiastic about the opportunity to bring in someone with such impressive credentials to lead the ten-year-old oilfield technology solutions and software company looking to expand its offerings.
