GREENSBORO, N.C., May 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. SKT, announced today that Lisa Morrison has been promoted to Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer James F. Williams has been promoted to an Executive Vice President, effective immediately.

As the Executive Vice President, Leasing, Ms. Morrison will continue to lead leasing strategy across the Tanger portfolio. Ms. Morrison has been with the Company for over 20 years in various roles with increasing responsibility in the leasing department.

As the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Williams will continue to be responsible for the Company's financial reporting processes, as well as supervisory responsibility over the senior officers who lead the Company's accounting, finance, investor relations and information systems functions. Mr. Williams is approaching 25 years with the Company in various roles with increasing responsibility in the finance department.
