Five Star Senior Living Inc. FVE today announced the results of its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders which was held earlier today as follows.

Donna D. Fraiche was re-elected as an Independent Director.

Gerard M. Martin was re-elected as a Managing Director.

Shareholders ratified the appointment of RSM US LLP as Five Star's independent registered public accounting firm to serve for the 2018 fiscal year.
