Optimas OE Solutions Holdings, LLC Upgraded by Moody's Investor Service

Optimas OE Solutions Holdings, LLC ("Optimas" or the "Company") announced today that on April 24, 2018, Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") upgraded Optimas OE Solutions Holding, LLC's ("Optimas") Corporate Family Rating to B3 from Caa1 and its Probability of Default Rating to B3-PD from Caa1-PD. Moody's also upgraded Optimas' senior secured notes to Caa1 from Caa2; the outlook remains stable.
