VANCOUVER, April 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Cardiome Pharma Corp. CRMECOM ("Cardiome" or the "Company") today announced that it has entered into a first amending agreement to its amended and restated term loan agreement with CRG Servicing LLC ("CRG") managed funds dated May 11, 2017 (the "Amending Agreement") to provide for certain adjustments to the financial covenants with respect to minimum revenue. The Warrants are subject to a four-month hold period and are exercisable until March 27, 2023.
