Attendees will explore strategies they can use when confronted with difficult situations and learn brain-based interactions for managing stress and emotions.

She also is responsible for the direct delivery of workplace violence prevention, leadership development, employee assistance and crisis management trainings. She is experienced in reviewing current training and policies and procedures to identify gaps as well as work with customers towards a solution.
