Steve Kiefer, President and Chief Operating Officer of Manitex International, Inc. will be available for one-on-one meetings with attendees of the Wells Fargo Industrials Conference being held at the Lotte New York Palace in New York City, on May 8, 2018, for the entirety of the day, to provide an update on Manitex and its current business opportunities.  A group presentation is slated for 2:35 PM ET in the Holmes I room, at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel.

David Langevin, Chief Executive Officer of Manitex International Inc. will be available for one-on-one meetings with attendees of the Barrington Research Spring Investor Conference being held at The Palmer House, Chicago, on May 10, 2018, for the entirety of the day, to provide an update on Manitex and its current business opportunities.
