FAIRFAX, Va. (PRWEB) February 21, 2018

Three Wire Systems, LLC (Three Wire) Senior Vice President of the Services Division, Kitty Nix, has been selected to speak at a forum called Lifting The Curtain: Requirements Development In Federal Acquisition And Reverse Industry Day. The event is organized by American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), a non-profit, public-private partnership dedicated to improving government through the application of information technology.

Held at the Renaissance Washington D.C. Hotel on 21 February 2018, Nix will be on a panel session titled "Is this Requirement within my Area of Expertise?" The panel, comprised of industry experts, is intended to help Government Acquisition Leaders better understand issues such as how Requests for Information (RFIs) or Market Research affect their decision to respond or not; how the required response for RFPs and RFIs can impact Bid and Proposal budgets; and whether a small business should consider forming a team or creating a joint venture for the response.

Nix presents at 2:45 PM and is joined on this second reverse industry panel by representatives from Jefferson Solutions, DXC Technology, and Deloitte. Nix is looking forward to "sharing the real issues and major decision points both large and small companies face when competing for contracts particularly as it relates to new and innovative approaches in support of agile procurements in order to modernize applications."

Registration for the forum begins at 7:30 AM and the program starts at 8:00 AM and runs until 4:30 PM.
