On February 5, 2018, the Company revealed that CEO Laurent Potdevin had resigned as CEO and as a member of the company's Board of Directors "effective immediately" citing his failure to comply with the Company's standards of conduct. Further, the separation agreement entered into between the Company and Potdevin provided for "a lump sum cash payment of $3,350,000" as well "a cash payment of $1,650,000 to be paid over a period of 18 months in equal monthly installments."
