$43.5 Million of Club Improvements Continues to Attract Younger Members

Over the past three years, St. Andrews Country Club has seen a significant increase in home sales, reporting over 150 homes sold and the average age of new members at 58, driving the overall club average age to 60. A $25 million Club Improvement Plan is currently underway and continues to attract younger, more diverse, members. The new spa building, expected to be open spring of 2018 promises to exceed member expectations.
