DALLAS, Jan. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cherubim Interests, Inc. CHIT ("the Company"), an expansion-stage alternative construction and real estate development company, announces that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire USD $250,000,000 in Assets from NVC Fund LLC a Delaware, LLC ("NVC"), a wholly owned subsidiary of NVCFUND Holding Trust, respectively.

Said CHIT CEO Patrick Johnson: "The acquisition of these NVC Assets with Convertible Preferred Stock is a great way to bring substantial Net Asset Value to the company's books.   Once the acquisition is closed, the company will posses the financial backbone to enhance our business capabilities exponentially moving forward."
