NEW YORK, Dec. 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- After reviewing the proxy statement and marketing materials that SandRidge Energy ("SandRidge") has filed and meeting with management, Guggenheim Partners Investment Management currently intends to vote all the SandRidge shares under its management (approximately 11.9% of shares outstanding) against the proposed acquisition of Bonanza Creek and the associated share issuance.
