FabFitFun Doubles Down on Video with Launch of FabFitFunTV App, New Studio and Live Workouts in January

Company Also Announces Hiring of VP of Content Carter Baldwin

a leading women's lifestyle brand, announced plans to significantly
expand its video capabilities and content library for its streaming
service FabFitFunTV.
Since launching in March, more than 400,000 videos have been viewed on
FabFitFunTV by nearly 40 percent of FabFitFun's members on the site. The
company also released a FabFitFunTV app for Apple TV and Amazon Fire,
allowing members to stream FabFitFunTV content on a variety of devices.
A Roku app will be available early next year.

Additionally, during the month of January, FabFitfun will make a
selection of cooking and fitness content available for free to
non-members as part of its "New Year, New You" campaign. The campaign
will feature healthy cooking videos from chefs Silvia Baldini, winner of
Food Network's "Chopped," and Pamela Salzman, an LA-based cookbook
author. FabFitFun will also premiere a new fitness video every day,
including a series of Facebook Live workouts with well-known influencers
across a variety of different fitness genres.

"FabFitFunTV is another way for us to put our members first and deliver
more value to them -- beyond their seasonal boxes. The response so far
has been incredible," said Michael Broukhim, co-founder and Co-CEO. "Our
emphasis on content is a return to our roots as a media company -- its a
core strength we're excited to build on and leverage to benefit the
FabFitFun community and all our partners."

The company also announced the hiring of Carter Baldwin as Vice
President of Content. A creative executive with 20 years of experience,
spanning everything from Hollywood studios to Silicon Beach startups,
Baldwin will oversee all of FabFitFun's creative including original
content, advertising and strategic influencer content partnerships.

"Content is part of FabFitFun's DNA," said Baldwin. "We're excited to
build on the momentum of our FabFitFunTV launch earlier this year with
the opening of FabFitFun Studios at our newly-expanded headquarters. We
expect the space to be a hub for collaboration with our influencer and
brand partners to create original content exclusively for our community."
