Michael Weinreb Esq., led the team on the $36-million sale. The foreclosure auction had a four-day turnaround time, closing on Nov. 16.

The property, formerly owned by foreclosed owner One57 79Inc, boasts unfettered views of Central Park below. Built in 2013, the 93-story structure is divided into 94 units. The 79th floor is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit with panoramic views spanning 6,240 square feet. The buyer was a limited liability company represented by Navid Aminzadeh, Esq.
