MTGE Investment Corp. Declares Third Quarter Dividend on Its Series A Preferred Stock

BETHESDA, Md., Sept. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MTGE Investment Corp. ("MTGE" or the "Company") MTGE announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its 8.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred Stock") MTGEP of $0.5078125 per share for the third quarter 2017.  The dividend is payable on October 16, 2017 to preferred stockholders of record as of October 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2017.
