Paul Porter, CEO of Premier Franchise Management (the franchisor of Premier Pools & Spas), carefully selected Stephen Maskey to be the franchisee of the newest Arizona site.

Maskey is a University of Arizona alumni where he majored in Engineering Management with a focus in Chemical Engineering. In 2002 his love of science led him to a job maintaining pool chemistry and from there his career expanded into pool sales and design. Maskey also ran a commercial steel business for several years before deciding to join the Premier Pools & Spas franchise. He and his wife, Mariah, have six children who also have a passion for splashin'. "My kids love to help design pools," said Maskey recalling how his kids enjoy drawing their own pool designs alongside their dad.

To date, Premier Pools & Spas has built more than 50,000 pools and continues to grow. The company now has over 40 locations in three countries.
