Alliance
MMA, Inc.
("Alliance MMA" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:AMMA), a
professional mixed martial arts (MMA) company that brings together the
best regional productions to build the next generation of MMA champions,
announced today that all six of its SuckerPunch Entertainment fighters
who fought this weekend were victorious while competing at Ultimate
Fighting Championship (UFC) Fight Night 112 and Bellator NYC.

"We were quite pleased with the overall positive outcomes our
SuckerPunch fighters attained this past weekend," said Paul K. Danner,
Chief Executive Officer of Alliance MMA. "It is the stated objective of
the Alliance MMA enterprise to showcase the best possible regional MMA
talent so that they might eventually compete at the highest level, and
in the case of SuckerPunch, to provide the highest caliber management
expertise for benefit of those fighters under contract. All of these
extraordinary athletes, some of whom were developed by Cage Fury
Fighting Championships (CFFC) and Hoosier Fight Club (HFC), clearly
validated the underlying premise of our operational strategy by
successfully competing in UFC and Bellator events, as well as generating
an economic benefit on behalf of the Company."

The perfect weekend began Saturday evening with Bellator NYC at Madison
Square Garden where SuckerPunch Entertainment client Douglas Lima
successfully defended his welterweight title against Lorenz Larkin. The
dream continued into Sunday evening at UFC Fight Night in Oklahoma City
which featured five Alliance fighters on the card, including HFC's light
heavyweight champion Dominick Reyes who scored a knock out in under
thirty-seconds.

"SuckerPunch Entertainment consistently strives to deliver
career-enhancing opportunities for all of our athletes, and this weekend
was no exception," said Brian Butler-Au, SuckerPunch Managing Partner.
"Jared Gordon proved he is going to be a force in the featherweight
division, Darrell Horcher made a successful comeback to the Octagon,
Carla Esparza got back to her roots with six takedowns on her way to a
win, Felice Herrig once again took out an undefeated fighter in style,
and Douglas Lima successfully defended his Bellator MMA welterweight
belt. Altogether, the SuckerPunch roster currently stands at 12-1 during
the month of June, with several bouts still to go this upcoming weekend."
