Darling Ingredients to Participate in May Investor Conferences in New York

On Wednesday, May 17^th, Randall C. Stuewe, Darling's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will host one-on-one meetings throughout the day at the Vertical Group's Ingredients Conference being held in New York.  Mr. Stuewe will be joined by Patrick Lynch, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Melissa Gaither, Vice President Investor Relations and Global Communications.
