of Snack Boxes, new Quinoa Salad, a "Zoës for a Year" Facebook giveaway,

Zoës Kitchen guests can now enjoy three NEW menu snack box
offerings, each under 445 calories:

  • Modern Mediterranean Snack Box: (Gluten free) grilled chicken,
    fresh mozzarella, original hummus, cucumbers and tomatoes. A
    post-workout refuel option that's high in protein with 36 grams.
  • Hummus Duo & Veggies Snack Box: (Gluten free) original
    hummus, pesto hummus, cucumbers and tomatoes. A tasty vegetarian
    option that is only 390 calories and makes a great afternoon snack.
  • Balanced Bites Snack Box: grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella,
    pasta salad and mixed fruit. Great for kids on-the-go!

"There is a growing demand for convenient snacking options that satisfy

Zoës NEW Quinoa Salad incorporates quinoa mixed with carrots,
cabbage, green onion, red peppers, tomatoes, and celery, sprinkled with
feta and tossed with a zesty lemon vinaigrette. In combination, the
ingredients bring forth crisp, fresh vegetable textures, colors and
herbs that leave guests feeling satisfied with a hearty salad that has
bursts of citrus notes. Quinoa is an ancient, superfood grain that is
gluten-free and is a great source of iron, vitamin B-6 and magnesium.
The new salad is hearty enough to be eaten on its own or with one of
Zoës Kitchen's protein choices – chicken, steak, salmon or shrimp.

The Zoës Kitchen menu is inspired by the Mediterranean food philosophy,
which promotes consumption of ingredients including olive oil,
nutrient-rich legumes, fresh fruits and vegetables, moderate consumption
