BRIDGEPORT, Conn., April 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- People's United Financial, Inc. PBCT, the holding company for People's United Bank, N.A., announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Suffolk Bancorp SCNB, the holding company for Suffolk County National Bank. The 100% stock transaction was announced on June 27, 2016.
