Galenfeha Files Notice Of Annual Board of Directors Election

FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Galenfeha, Inc. GLFH today announces details of its annual Board of Directors election. Shareholders of record will vote to elect the company's Board of Directors, as well as approve two proposed amendments to Galenfeha's Bylaws.

The election process will begin on Thursday, December 1, 2016, and will continue until a majority vote has been achieved.  A detailed explanation and voting ballot for this Annual Board of Directors Election has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Schedule 14A.
