Prolifics restructures sales organization to enable key strategic initiatives in 2016

Prolifics, a global technology solutions provider, today announced organizational changes in support of its five year growth plan. These changes are designed to provide a higher level of service to Prolifics clients around the world while strengthening internal alignment, efficiency and scalability.
Prolifics has restructured the sales teams and promoted the following employees:
- Mark Rowan has been appointed to the position of Global Head of Sales. Prior to joining Prolifics, Rowan was CEO/President at Stream Integration, a leader in the Information Management, Big Data and Analytics solutions space. Rowan joined Prolifics as part of the acquisition of Stream Integration by Prolifics in February 2015. Rowan has over 30 years in a variety of consulting and sales roles, including with IBM and Sapient.
- Matthew Garst has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Sales, Americas. Prior to joining Prolifics, Garst worked at IBM and Enterprise Information Management Inc. Garst has over 20 years of technology sales experience. Garst joined Prolifics in 2015.
- Kevin Downey has been appointed to the position of Head, Information Management & Analytics practice. Prior to joining Prolifics, Downey was Chief Operating Officer at Stream Integration. Downey also worked at IBM Canada and was a Partner at Entigy Ltd. Downey has over 20 years of consulting and enterprise information management experience in IBM technologies and contributes to the IBM technology community through numerous speaking engagements. Downey joined Prolifics as part of the Stream Integration acquisition in 2015.
